@BernieSanders 💯 Bernie, as a progressive voting Democrat since 1972, I am no longer casting a vote against an opponent. I am voting for issues important to me, even if that that candidate stands no chance of winning. I will not play the game as it is being presented.
When Albert Einstein met Charlie Chaplin in 1931, Einstein said, "What I admire most about your art is its universality. You do not say a word, and yet the world understands you." "It's true." Replied Chaplin, "But your fame is even greater. The world admires you, when no one understands you."
@CMGlastonbury I am looking to move to a country that places people over profit when it comes to ease & access to healthcare and where frequent shootings & gun deaths are not the norm. Given my life expectancy I don’t have time to wait for the US to grow up.
@CMGlastonbury It is so wrecked, that is usually my experience or told after waiting for appointment for a couple of months that the doctor doesn’t accept my insurance.
@_ashawndabney Yes, me. 2 Moderna vaccinations & 2 Moderna boosters. I have not had Covid or anything that remotely resembled it. I have good friends in their 60s & 70s that resisted vaccinations — my choice and their choice and we are all still ok and still friends.
