@MidAmericanPod@rondakaysen@nytimes We left NYC. We’re in Germany. It’s not easy and learning a new language and culture has its challenges. But we did it. My sister also left. She’s in Panama.
Sometimes grace looks like running out of any more good ideas. Sometimes it’s a second wind or buoyancy you hadn’t expected. Sometimes it just looks like it not being yesterday any more. But grace always finds you exactly where you are, and does not leave you where it found you.
Here’s a lovely photo of Seiji Ozawa, with violinist Itzhak Perlman and cellist Yo Yo Ma posted by the @BostonSymphony where Ozawa was music director for almost three decades. #conductors#music

Just watched Netflix’s You Are What You Eat. I so admire @CoryBooker Why is our country not addressing the need for a plant based lifestyle? We could solve so much of the climate crisis if we stopped eating animals. Fascinating series.
@Airport_FRA Coming up on two hours since we landed. No luggage yet. We know from our trackers that the bags are at the airport. Hope you can get this together—I heard the same thing happened to friends flying through here last month.
@Airport_FRA Thank you. I was on a Delta flight from Atlanta. We all had to climb 4 flights of steps to get into the terminal. Not bad for me, but really bad for older travelers and those with kids. Also, women’s restrooms out of order by baggage claim. Chaos! I appreciate your attention.
@Delta comes through! Many thanks to Sunny and Mabel at the Pittsburgh Airport check in desk. Helpful, efficient, and friendly. Bad weather all over, but they did their best to help us out.
