Brits murdered 35 million of us, contrived 12 devastating famines, looted $45 trillion, reduced India to an opium economy, broke us in two, left us with a life expectancy of 32 years. But we survived.
India is beautiful because Indians are beautiful. Happy Independence Day! 🇮🇳
Listening to @smritiirani ji not only brought tears to my eyes but also vividly brought back the memories of my mother's struggle filled yet, loving upbringing and the values she instilled in me.
Only an exceptional woman,a mother herself like Smriti ji can describe a mother in such an emotional, loving, and precise manner.

1. That St. Thomas the Apostle you speak of is a myth.
No local inscriptions, coinage, or independent historical documents from 1st century CE south India record St. Thomas the apostle’s ministry or martyrdom.
2. Organized south Indian Christian communities developed later via Syriac merchant migrations, such as those led by Knai Thoma (Thomas of Cana) in the 4th century CE, whose identity was likely merged with the apostolic legend over time, to fool Indians into believing that Christianity was present in India from beginning of the Common Era.
3. Since you are so concerned about India's implementation of the amended FCRA 2026, here’s a puzzle for you ~
Why does America have a FCRA type law, the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) that was passed by the Congress in 1938 ? The law just like our FCRA aims at curbing foreign influence and propaganda money coming from foreign countries.
You want America to remain a Christian nation with a FARA in place to keep Christianity safe there; but you want a Hindu majority India to not implement the FARA type FCRA that aims to keep Hinduism safe in India.
Nice try hypocrite!
Heartbroken & so inspired 💔💔🙏🏽
The Commonwealth Games is becoming a daily roll-call of young Indians who have emerged from unimaginable hardship & horrors to win gold.
Look at 23-year-old judoka Asmita Dey, who is now the first Indian to win Commonwealth Games gold in the women’s 48kg category.
7 months ago, she lost her father to a brain stroke. A bicycle mechanic who earned barely ₹300 a day, he raised his family in a mud house in a small village in Tripura. When a knee injury threatened Asmita’s career, he found the money to take her to Delhi for treatment.
Even as the family mourned, Asmita’s mother urged her daughter to return to training, believing that abandoning the dream would betray everything her father had sacrificed for.
She now stands on top of the Commonwealth Games podium with a gold medal around her neck.
गुरु पूर्णिमा की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं।

"My electric vehicle ran out of battery.
Indian Army Jawan pushed my car to a nearby charging station.
He stayed until it had enough charge and ensured I safely resumed my journey. I admit this is my fault.
I am very emotional right now. In today's world, nobody helps.
But This is Indian Army. World's best Army" 🔥
