My refunds have not been processed for around a month. I have provided @RevolutApp transaction proofs but am made to run in circles for quiet sometime now!

I did submit an online refund form as requested by your team, still there is no sign of refund. Something seems fishy. I hope there's no fraud happening . It's gonna be a month next week.

@AskKlarna @Klarna @UNIQLO_UK Any idea what could be done to get refund processed by @Klarna @AskKlarna They haven't refunded money since 4th Aug, @UNIQLO_UK has confirmed on processing refund long back. I haven't faced similar challenges with @PayPal

@makemytrip Any number you can share where I can speak with the customer support team? I need to make some changes to my international flight booking, the chat bot and automated steps are not leading anywhere. The airline can't help either as the booking is made via your portal.
