@AmazonHelp Amazon’s policy that any refund for a COD order is issued via cheque within 14 days, then customers should also be given the option to pay sellers by cheque. The policy should be fair on both sides.
Customers should also be given the cheque payment option on COD orders.
@AmazonHelp@amazonIN Just spoke to customer care—they said my refund is via cheque as the order was COD. But I paid via UPI, so refund should come the same way. If you’re sending cheques, then give customers that option while ordering too. This is confusing and unfair. #AmazonIndia
