Placed prepaid orders worth ₹1637 on Mar 8 from Bewakoof. Delivery was due by Mar 11still not delivered
Cancelled on Mar 21,but refund not processed till date. Only getting automated replies asking for “registered email” instead of resolving the issue.
This is unacceptable.
