Only if they're a mess do I tend to check more. I don't see the benefit of doing more if the ones I've inspected are in good condition and the R1+R2 is as expected.
One of the worst light fittings I've seen in awhile. Makes you wonder who stepped back after doing that and thought to themselves 'Yeah... that looks good'? ๐ค
