Plenty for the lenders even if they pay lowball to renationalise.

@FinancialPhys Rich people don't sell assets, and none buy depreciation assets like jet skis etc, they get loans against the assets to avoid paying taxes, like they get loans against shares instead of selling the shares. Then let the loan fold and the shares used to pay off the loan, tax free
