約1年間続けた－25kgダイエット生活(浪人時代)を事細かに書きますね。
※宅浪時代の話です、浪人生でした⬇️

･5時前 起床
･5～6時 1時間ウォーキング
･6～7時 1時間宅トレ(腹筋、背筋、脚)
･7～8時半 朝ごはん＆身支度
図書館へチャリで向かう(約20分)
･9～13時 4時間勉強 ※トイレ休憩のみ
･13～14時 お昼ご飯
(カロリーメイト1箱のみ、眠気防止)
･14～17時 3時間勉強 ※トイレ休憩のみ
･17～17時30分 チャリで帰宅
(自宅までの坂道を登る、ママチャリ)
･17時30分～18時30分 休憩＆夕飯
･18時30分～19時 お風呂
(湯船に浸かって脂肪燃焼)
･19～22時 3時間勉強
･22時 就寝

<ルーティン>
★10時間勉強 ※勉強で糖分を使います
★湯船に浸かる ※脂肪燃焼するよ
★1時間筋トレ、1時間ウォーキング
★食事総カロリー1200kcal以内

Was it worth it?? Absolutely!!! I got to meet so many amazing artists. Thank you all for working so hard to draw, prepare and run your booths so that we customers can enjoy your work 💝

I was a little frustrated at the start of #CQ9, but that was mostly because of my back and forgetting to take my pain medication. Thankfully my brother came both days and helped carry all my stuff while I walked around and explored ❤️

ช่วงต้นของ comic square เอมี่แอบหงุดหงิดนิดหน่อย แต่จริงๆ ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพราะหลังของเอมี่เอง แล้วก็ลืมกินยาแก้ปวด โชคดีมากที่พี่ชายมาทั้งสองวันแล้วช่วยถือของให้ตลอด ตอนที่เอมี่เดินดูบูธ❤️
