DAMAGED!!! It was literally burnt to the ground!!!
The word damage to me is something that can be fixed easily, lick of paint etc. Why are they making it out as nothing to see here.

@JamesMelville We do everything to save energy-low energy bulbs, 1 ° down on thermostat, insulation, turn off standby etc etc - BILLS GO UP.
Council's reduce/turn off lighting, reduce all services, don't do road services etc etc - COUNCIL TAX GOES UP.
Superstores reduce services - FOOD GOES UP
