Trying to upgrade phones through @EE... an absolute joke. Website loads a blank page every time (yes I've tried every browser on a phone & laptop!) and when I've phoned them I get 'this office is closed' at 08:40am when the website says they open at 8:00am! Tempted to go to @O2!

@SunExpress absolute shambles. Paid for seats together (extra leg room) when checking in online to then get reissued boarding passes at the desk. Not mentioned that we’ve now been split up! Refund my money NOW!!! Won’t be flying with you again that’s for sure! #RyanAirAreBetter

@thetrainline your booking system is a disgrace. Was looking for tickets to Edinburgh and website failed saying none available. When I did find tickets to buy, turned out the originals were sat in my basket and I then paid for all the 'none available' Costing over £1K!
