@DocWashburn @CurtisHouck That's not relevant to this accident. The helicopter was invisible to TCAS. Their ADS-B was OFF. BTW, TCAS does work below 500'. It won't instruct you to climb or descend but it will alert traffic. If the helicopter had it turned ON this could have been avoided.
