② 聊太久就开新窗口
对话越长,AI 越容易:
· 忘记你最早的要求
· 重复犯之前已经纠正过的错
· 回答开始"飘",变得啰嗦或跑题
感觉它开始糊涂了,别硬撑。把当前结论复制到新窗口,带着关键背景重新开始,效率立刻回来。
长对话不是优势,是负担。

④ 每隔几轮对齐一次目标
聊得久了,你和 AI 都容易跑偏。它在解决一个早就不重要的子问题,你也忘了最初到底想要什么。
每隔几轮停下来问一句: "我们现在的目标是 XX,对吗?" "这一步是为了实现 YY,我没理解错吧?"
一句话拉回正轨,胜过十句修修补补。

① 一个窗口只干一件事
很多人喜欢开一个对话框,什么都往里塞:上午让它写代码,下午让它翻译文档,晚上又问周末去哪玩。
AI 会"串味"。前面的上下文会污染后面的回答,可能会出现用写代码的语气帮你规划旅行,或者用旅行的思路帮你 写代码。
