1. Cold wet towels around one's head helps relieve the microwave heat.
2. Faraday fabric helps reduce perps frequency connection.
3. Wearing colored glasses makes the images the perps can see on their monitors difficult to view.
4. Make a written statement declaring that you do not consent to being experimented on.
5. Use a password generator to avoid having your passwords stolen, do not look at it.
6. Do not isolate. Tell those you trust what you're experiencing.

Yes, I agree, there goal is to make you become the aggressor. However, I've been under V2K/RNM torture and harassment for over two years now. I agree, in my case, and perhaps in many other targeted individual's cases it is a eugenics program. I say this because a lot of those targeting me are of German decent. They use Stasi tactics.

However, perhaps it's because I know who's targeting me, I experience information that checks out. There is a Nasdaq/Wall Street/stock Market/prediction Markets connection.
