Hilariously, two different fake accounts pretending to be @AirCanada contacted me with "apologies" (and attempts to get personal information), but radio silence from actual @AirCanada and @TorontoPearson

Kind of shocked by how an @AirCanada employee screamed abuse at me this evening at @TorontoPearson when I demonstrated, as directed, that my hand luggage bag met the maximum size requirements

He screamed unprovoked insults about my appearance. Also, as a member of a visible minority I'm always leery of people who say things like "You people are all the same!" I know @TorontoPearson is a stressful place to work, but @AirCanada, is that what you train your staff to say?
