It's weird how little things in life make the biggest difference. Take today for example. It's a normal Sunday, with absolutely nothing special about it.
I woke up at 6:30 as per usual, but I forced myself to sleep again, thinking I needed the rest after a 6 day work week. I was woken up at 9:30 by a call from my father, and I figured that's enough of a rest for me. I planned to simply bed-rot all day, as adults usually do on their day off, but then by some intervention, I decided to simply get moving.
I got some supplies for myself - toothpaste, bread and fruits, made a 2 omelette and cheese sandwiches along with a banana smoothie for breakfast, put my laundry in the machine, cleaned up my table and room, had a bath and now sit at my desk, with the darkest coffee known to man, as I write this tweet.
All that took about an hour of my time. Is it something extraordinary? Hell no. But here is what it is - fulfilling. I got mode "done" in an hour than I would have usually done in my half-sleepy, groggy state of mind that I find myself in, on a random Sunday. But the point here is that movement, and getting things done, no matter how small or little they are, is what makes you fulfilled.
We've all heard about it, and dismissed it as social media larp.....untill you turn 22, move out o your parents crib into a new city, get your own place to live at, and start living your life. Then, you start understanding and appreciating this larp.
Cheers lads. Watch a movie today. Happy Weekend!
Due to the shipping cost being around $28 (3x the cost of the product), I'm unfortunately unable to sponsor @0day_ninja this time. I'm really sorry, and I appreciate their understanding.
We both agreed that someone else can take this opportunity for now.
Please share this with college students who may be interested.
Preference will be given to students in India because international shipping costs are significantly higher. Hopefully, I'll be able to support more people, including those outside India, in the future when I can better afford the shipping expenses.

We are pushing the limits of what's possible in a college dorm, on a budget!
Write your Own Virtual Machine
teaches you to build a VM that runs actual assembly programs, like a working 2048 or roguelike.
the final code is ~250 lines of C and runs on the LC-3 architecture

Omarchy on Asahi creator lost access to his GitHub account two weeks ago due to some automated process flagging his account. Repo went offline and has been since. Not even me personally reaching out to GitHub twice has been able to restore his account. Terrifying. Embarrassing.
So, you are a Computer engineer?
Here's a problem statement. You have n number of IP cameras, and an Raspberry Pi. Additionally, you have access to an LTE-M/Cat1 bis module with a decent promise of LTE connectivity.
Your task is to stream the n camera IP feeds to your end customer. The requirement is for them to have on demand access to the stream. You need not worry about playback or recording (for now).
How will you go about designing this?
When I was a Python dev, I hated Python.
When I was a Java dev, I hated Python.
When I was a Kotlin dev, I hated Python.
When I was a Haskell dev, I hated Python.
When I was an OCaml dev, I hated Python.
I’m a C++ dev now. I still hate Python.
Love changes. Hate is constant.
Send the video to everyone you know showing how heinously Nowak was treated by the police in his dying moments and how the police cravenly kowtowed to his murderer.
Legacy mainstream media, same ones who wrote about George Floyd millions of times, are dead silent about Nowak.
