Le jeudi 11 juin, Madame Isabelle Berro-Amadeï, conseiller de Gouvernement, ministre des Relations extérieures et de la Coopération de la Principauté de Monaco, a reçu Son Excellence Sheikh Ali bin Jassim Al-Thani, ambassadeur (non résident) de l'État du Qatar auprès de la Principauté, pour un entretien bilatéral au ministère d'État à Monaco.

La rencontre a été l'occasion de faire un point de situation sur les relations bilatérales entre le Qatar et Monaco et les perspectives de coopération économiques entre les deux pays.

Les échanges ont également porté sur l'actualité internationale et sur plusieurs dossiers d'intérêt commun. Son Excellence l'ambassadeur a également adressé à Madame la ministre les chaleureuses félicitations de l'État du Qatar à l'occasion de la présidence monégasque du Comité des ministres du Conseil de l'Europe, depuis le 15 mai dernier. De son côté, Madame Berro-Amadeï a présenté les priorités au coeur du programme de la présidence monégasque dudit comité.

استقبلت سعادة السيدة إيزابيل بيرو أمادي، وزيرة العلاقات الخارجية والتعاون في إمارة موناكو، سعادة الشيخ علي بن جاسم آل ثاني، سفير دولة قطر (غير مقيم) لدى الإمارة، في إطار لقاء ثنائي عُقد في مقر الوزارة في موناكو.

شكّل اللقاء مناسبة لاستعراض العلاقات الثنائية بين دولة قطر وإمارة موناكو وفرص تعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي بين البلدين. كما تطرقت المحادثات إلى التطورات على الساحة الدولية وعدد من الموضوعات ذات الاهتمام المشترك. من جانب آخر، أعرب سعادة السفير لسعادة الوزيرة عن تهاني دولة قطر الحارة بمناسبة رئاسة إمارة موناكو للجنة وزراء مجلس أوروبا منذ ١٥ مايو الماضي، حيث ذكرت السيدة بيرو أمادي، أولويات الإمارة ضمن فترة رئاستها للجنة المذكورة.

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of the Principality of Monaco Meets Ambassador of the State of Qatar

Monaco | June 12, 2026

The State of Qatar and the Principality of Monaco have reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral relations following talks between senior officials in Monaco.

HE Isabelle Berro Amadei, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of the Principality of Monaco met with HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Monaco (non-resident) Sheikh Ali bin Jassim Al-Thani to explore ways for further cooperation across areas of mutual interest.

The meeting forms part of ongoing diplomatic engagement between the two countries aimed at strengthening ties and advancing cooperation at the bilateral level.

Today in Paris, I met with H.E. Ms. Éléonore Caroit, Minister Delegate for Francophonie, International Partnerships, and French Nationals Abroad, on the sidelines of the Paris International Conference on Civil Society Organizations and the Two-State Solution.

We discussed ways to strengthen cooperation between the State of Qatar and the French Republic, and to broaden the scope of partnership in the fields of international cooperation, development, and humanitarian action.

The State of Qatar remains committed to building effective partnerships that support development, peace, and stability.

شاركت اليوم في مؤتمر باريس الدولي حول منظمات المجتمع المدني وحل الدولتين، حيث أكدت أن السلام لا يصنعه نص يوقّع فقط، بل ثقافة تُبنى، وخطاب يعترف بإنسانية الآخر، وجيل ينشأ على قيم الكرامة والأمل.

وشددت على أن تعزيز السلام يبدأ بالاستثمار في التعليم والتنمية والشباب، وأن الجهود الإنسانية والتنموية ليست عملاً هامشياً، بل جزء أساسي من بناء السلام.

كما أكدت أهمية دور المجتمع المدني في حماية النسيج الاجتماعي والدفاع عن الحقوق، ومواصلة دولة قطر دعمها لكل جهد يسهم في تحقيق سلام عادل ومستدام، للشعب الفلسطيني وفقاً لقرارات الشرعية الدولية وحل الدولتين بما يضمن قيام دولة فلسطينيه مستقلة على حدود ١٩٦٧ وعاصمتها القدس الشرقيه.

L'État du Qatar a pris part cette année à la réunion du conseil de l’OCDE au niveau des ministres "RCM 2026", qui s'est ouverte le 3 juin 2026 au siège de l’Organisation à Paris.

Son Excellence Monsieur Ali bin Ahmed Al-Kuwari, ministre des Finances, y a représenté le Qatar, aux côtés de Son Excellence l'ambassadeur Sheikh Ali bin Jassim Al-Thani.

Le ministre Al-Kuwari est intervenu lors de la session consacrée au contexte des discussions sur la politique industrielle, aux côtés de plusieurs ministres, hauts responsables et décideurs des pays membres et partenaires. Il a mis l’accent sur la contribution du Qatar aux efforts de l’OCDE en matière de développement durable et de promotion des partenariats et de la coopération régionale en vue de bâtir des économies plus résilientes.

شاركت دولة قطر في اجتماع مجلس منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية على المستوى الوزراي، الذي افتتح في ٣ يونيو ٢٠٢٦، في مقر المنظمة في باريس.

مثل الدولة سعادة السيد علي بن أحمد الكواري، وزير المالية، إلى جانب سعادة الشيخ علي بن جاسم آل ثاني، سفير دولة قطر في فرنسا.

كما شارك سعادة الوزير في الجلسة المخصصة لتهيئة المشهد للنقاش حول السياسات الصناعية، إلى جانب عدد من الوزراء وكبار المسؤولين وصناع السياسات من الدول الأعضاء والدول الشريكة، وذلك في إطار دعم دولة قطر للجهود الدولية الرامية إلى تعزيز الشراكات والتعاون الإقليمي وبناء اقتصادات أكثر مرونة.

SE l'ambassadeur Sheikh Ali bin Jassim Al-Thani, a assisté, le mardi 2 juin, à l'inauguration du mémorial national en hommage aux victimes du génocide perpétré contre les Tutsi au Rwanda.

Le mémorial baptisé "L'Archive" et installé sur l'esplanade Habib-Bourguiba, a été inauguré par SEM Emmanuel Macron, président de la République française, aux côtés de SEM Paul Kagame, président de la République du Rwanda, et en présence de SEM Jean-Noël Barrot, ministre de l'Europe et des Affaires étrangères et M. Emmanuel Grégoire, maire de Paris.

حضر سعادة السفير الشيخ علي بن جاسم آل ثاني، يوم الثلاثاء ٢ يونيو، مراسم افتتاح أول نصب تذكاري لإحياء ذكرى ضحايا الإبادة الجماعية ضد التوتسي في رواندا.

قام بتدشين هذا النصب التذكاري المقام على منتزه حبيب بورغيبا في باريس، تحت اسم "الأرشيف"، فخامة رئيس الجمهورية الفرنسية السيد إمانويل ماكرون، إلى جانب فخامة رئيس جمهورية رواندا السيد بول كاغامي، وبحضور سعادة السيد جان نويل بارو، وزير أوروبا والشؤون الخارجية والسيد إمانويل غريغوار، عمدة مدينة باريس.

The Minister of Finance, HE Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, attended the opening of the 2026 Ministerial Council Meeting of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), held under the theme “Getting Industrial Policies Right for Open Markets, Growth and Prosperity” in Paris, France, from 3 to 4 June 2026.

His Excellency also participated in a session entitled “Setting the Scene for Industrial Policy Discussion”, alongside a number of ministers, senior officials and policymakers from member countries and partner economies. Participants discussed key global economic challenges and policies that support sustainable economic growth and prosperity.

The discussions explored ways to strengthen international co-operation and co-ordinate efforts to develop flexible and inclusive economic and industrial policies capable of keeping pace with global transformations and supporting long-term sustainable growth. Participants also emphasised the importance of continuing dialogue and exchanging expertise to enhance the effectiveness and resilience of public policies.

The participation of His Excellency the Minister of Finance forms part of ongoing international efforts to strengthen multilateral co-operation and build more resilient economies that are better equipped to address global economic developments, thereby contributing to global growth and economic stability.

حضر سعادة السيد علي بن أحمد الكواري، وزير المالية، افتتاح أعمال اجتماع مجلس منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية على المستوى الوزاري لعام 2026، تحت شعار "صياغة سياسات صناعية فعّالة لأسواق مفتوحة ونمو وازدهار"، والمنعقد في العاصمة الفرنسية باريس خلال الفترة 3–4 يونيو 2026.

وتناولت المناقشات سبل تعزيز التعاون الدولي وتنسيق الجهود لتطوير سياسات اقتصادية وصناعية مرنة وشاملة قادرة على مواكبة التحولات العالمية ودعم استدامة النمو على المدى الطويل، مع التأكيد على أهمية استمرار الحوار وتبادل الخبرات بما يسهم في تطوير السياسات العامة وتعزيز كفاءتها ومرونتها. 

ويأتي حضور ومشاركة سعادة وزير المالية في إطار دعم الجهود الدولية الرامية إلى تعزيز التعاون متعدد الأطراف وبناء اقتصادات أكثر مرونة وقدرة على مواجهة المتغيرات الاقتصادية العالمية، بما يسهم في تحقيق النمو والاستقرار الاقتصادي العالمي.
