Arabic names are not automatically Islamic simply because they sound Arabic. A name becomes acceptable and praiseworthy in Islam through its good meaning, noble associations, and conformity with the Sharīʿah. Many Arabs before Islam bore names that were condemned in Islam, while many non-Arab names are perfectly acceptable because they carry beautiful meanings and do not contradict Islamic teachings.
When choosing names for children, Muslims should prioritise names with righteous meanings, honourable histories, and positive moral implications. The best names are those that inspire faith, dignity, good character, and spiritual identity. A Muslim is therefore not required to bear an Arabic name; rather, what matters is that the name is wholesome, respectful, and Islamically appropriate.
Parents should also avoid names that are excessively strange, unnecessarily complicated, or difficult for people to pronounce. Simplicity, clarity, and beauty are virtues. Choose names that people can mention comfortably, remember easily, and emulate without difficulty. A good name is both a prayer and a legacy for the child who carries it.

Today makes it 2years that the young lady medical doctor Dr Vwaere Diaso was killed by a faulty elevator in the state-owned Lagos Island General Hospital.
That elevator has NOT been fixed since that time till now!!!
A bit of background:
Dr Diaso was a medical doctor working as a house officer on 1August2023 in Lagos Island General Hospital when she got trapped in the elevator. The elevator crashed and there was cries for help. For a whole 40 MINUTES, there was ZERO help for this dying doctor trapped in the elevator.
After almost an hour,
She was gotten out of the elevator only for the rescuers to find out there was NO blood in the hospital.
Many medical doctors have raised an alarm about that particular elevator in that hospital for many years but the government paid ZERO attention until this elevator killed a doctor.
Dr Diaso has only just completed medical school before she met her painful ghastly end while working in govt hospital ran by lunatic incompetent animals.
As I write this tweet,
Today marks 2 years after this calamity that has claimed this young doctor’s life.
NOBODY was punished for it.
NOBODY was prosecuted for it.
NOBODY has been sacked for it.
The Lagos state government covered it up!
THE ELEVATOR IS STILL FAULTY TILL NOW.
The ONLY thing that these lunatic insensitive animals in the government understand is public shaming. They will never act right except and unless someone carries a megaphone to publicise their moronic incompetence that leads to wanton preventable loss of human lives.
Please 🙏🏿 I beg you all :
If you see this tweet, Kindly retweet it.
Don’t allow Dr Diaso die in vain. Help lend your voice to demand that the Lagos state government fix that elevator and punish all the evil animals responsible for that young doctor’s death.
Pls kindly lend your voice.
It only takes 2seconds to retweet this.

DR DIASO MUST NOT DIE IN VAIN!!!!
