“Don’t disturb other people’s happiness for their mains”
You bitches got the government involved and spread misinformation about a war crime from WW2 over a pixel do NOT piss me off.
We don’t claim hate or death threats on the name of valko. No matter how bad we are teated from the cdg, we don’t wish death. We should be better than this. If not for the sake of our morals, be kind for the sake of valko’s name because THIS will be used by haters to represent US
No, really, here are all of them laid out on my bedroom floor (: Combining the beautiful craft of Chinese paper cutting and animation + Valko was just so fun!

Everyone, take a chill pill and look at this from another perspective.
I think we need to step back from all the negativity for a moment and look at this situation logically.
If Valko doesn't come back, we are not the side that loses the most. papergames is.
Think about everything they've already invested into him: character development, writing, design, voice work, marketing, production, and years of planning. If they permanently remove a character as important as Valko, they aren't simply throwing away one character, they would potentially have to rewrite or restructure a significant part of the story that was built around him. That's an enormous amount of work, time, and money to throw away.
And then there's the revenue situation.
If their revenue continues declining, permanently abandoning a character with this much demand doesn't exactly sound like the smartest business decision. Valko already has an enormous amount of attention surrounding him, and every time papergames makes an announcement, releases content, or does anything related to Love and Deepspace, his name keeps coming back into the conversation.
They can't simply erase the problem by pretending Valko never existed.
Then there's the bigger picture.
PaperGames has ambitions beyond just selling cards. They've been trying to establish Chinese games and Chinese culture on a global stage. Valko has already demonstrated how powerful that kind of cultural reach can be. International players are talking about him, Chinese players are talking about him, and people who may have never paid attention to Chinese gaming culture are suddenly discussing Chinese characters, Chinese social media, and even learning more about the language.
If they permanently abandon him, they're not just losing a character.
They're potentially throwing away an opportunity that could have contributed to their own global cultural-export goals.
And honestly, there's another uncomfortable possibility: this whole situation may have shown competitors exactly where PaperGames is vulnerable.
One character controversy has already created massive discussion, damaged trust, affected player behavior, and put enormous pressure on the company. If this situation continues, competitors and bad-faith actors now know that this is a pressure point.
So yes, I understand why everyone is scared. I understand why people are exhausted and angry.
But stop acting like Valko's return is the only outcome that benefits us.
It may actually be the outcome that makes the most sense for Papergames too.
At this point, bringing Valko back isn't simply something we want.
It could very well be what PaperGames wants too.
So take a breath. Don't let every rumor send you into panic mode. We don't know what's happening behind closed doors, and we don't know what decisions they're making right now.
But if we're looking at this purely from a business and production perspective, Valko coming back may actually be the most logical way for PaperGames to turn this entire mess around
#noticing the violence that antis use with Valko and his mains. Animating him being sh0t, drawing him burning in a pot, threatening to sh00t and skin his mains. Ain’t nothing funny about wishing violence onto him and his real stans and yall are fucking weirdos
Some of you are seriously underestimating what Valko's cancellation could mean for the future of the game.
If PaperGames refuses to bring Valko back, it could mean they've effectively given in to the pressure from haters and competitors. And once they learn that this kind of pressure can make them abandon an ambitious character, what's stopping them from doing it again?
Every time they try something innovative or different, players could end up facing the same situation.
Eventually, the game won't be shaped by what players genuinely want, but by whoever complains the loudest.
This isn't just about Valko. It's about what kind of future we're allowing for this game.
Sometimes when I see someone endlessly spreading negative stuff and dragging the whole mood down, I just quietly hit mute because MY GOD, I CANNOT 😭😂
Like… we’re using the hashtags to hype everyone up and keep fighting, so what exactly are we accomplishing by constantly nuking everyone’s morale and motivation? 😭
Feel free to vent your feelings, seriously! But when I see it posted under the Valko hashtags, I’m just sitting there thinking:
“Wait… so if someone opens the hashtag, THIS is gonna be the first thing they see…?” 💀
And suddenly I’m about to invent several new swear words I’ve never used in my life. 😂😂😂
