I’ve been in IT/software development for 15 years. Anyone claiming that Valko’s code has been “deleted” or reduced to “0” has no idea what they are talking about. Regardless of Infold’s future decisions, Valko will most likely forever live within the code base of the game. The amount of effort and risk/reward of extracting him from the code is not worth the risk of catastrophically bugging the rest of it out.

We’re literally a week or two out from finding out one way or another what’s going to happen next & it’s been a non-stop onslaught of false or misleading information for the last week.

There’s never been this many aggressive trolls in the replies for this entire two month period, all of a sudden now they’re literally everywhere, even in innocuous charity rally posts.

We need to be even more vigilant during this period because it seems like it’s only going to ramp up from here.

拜託都去看！ Unity 引擎的 ⁠.prefab⁠（預製件）以及 ⁠PapeFS⁠ 加密。
意思是，為了防止未公開的角色被內鬼提前把 3D 模型和動畫看光，疊紙把敖尹的視覺素材加密鎖起來了（遮罩）。內鬼用破解工具去拆包，本來就只能讀出一堆「檔案路徑的文字」，讀不出裡面的真實圖片或 3D 內容。
這在遊戲界叫做**「標準安全防護」**，根本不是某些有心人的瞎掰的「空資料夾」。

If you're not good at spotting patterns: when you see something that catches your attention, especially when it's making a new claim, just take a minute! Before reposting it with a bunch of exclamation points or capslock or whatever, ask yourself what the facts are. Ask yourself whether it's been posted long enough to be debunked or confirmed yet.

It's great to see Valkotwt getting faster and more precise at debunking rumours, but it would be even better if no one had to do that! The easiest way is just to stop spreading them until you get more information. If nothing else, panic in a groupchat or in someone's DMs until there's more information, but it's best if we can all help stop the spread of this kind of thing.
