@gabbgoudy It’s the method - or lack thereof - of moving the traffic through the city. Downtown is a grid - N&S and E&W. Access to all highways in multiple locations. It’s ok to alter street patterns but they just keep doing the same thing which creates mass congestion.

@RuiterWrongFAN @CLEpolice 100% correct! Traffic patterns in and out of city not that hard. Sometimes it is ok to make E9th and other streets all lanes one way and reroute others to E18th to get 90/71/77. It’s common sense!
