@roddreher This announcement is more about shifting the Overton window on the issue within the Church. The explanation is not important; what matters here is the impact, which cannot but weaken an already poorly catechized Church.

Trump: No, I won't get tested despite being with someone who tested positive, but I will for other reasons, just to get tested.
