Shukan Bunshun reported that Tennis player Nishikori Kei (35) and model Oguchi Azuki (32) are having an affair. Nishikori had been cheating on his wife for over two and a half years.

Nishikori dating model Mizuki Ako since 2015 and they announced their marriage in December 2020 and held a wedding ceremony & reception in December 2022. Their first child was born in May 2021 and second child in 2024.

Nishikori approached Oguchi Aya while on a tour in Honolulu, Hawaii, and their relationship began. He picked her up in Hawaii in December 2022 just few days before his wedding ceremony with Mizuki Ako.

In 2023, Oguchi's boyfriend found out about their affair and presented multiple pieces of evidence to Nishikori, escalating the situation into trouble. Nishikori, who did not want to make a big deal out of it, negotiated through his lawyer, and in the end, Oguchi's boyfriend deleted the evidence. Oguchi also broke up with her boyfriend, and her affair with Nishikori also ended.

However, unable to break off the relationship, Nishikori has apparently been meeting secretly again since last year. He also said to Oguchi that he no longer love his wife, but his children are important to him, that's why he can't marry her. He continues his affair with Oguchi without divorcing his wife. On June 11, 2025, Nishikori and Oguchi spotted having a secret meeting on the night at her apartment.
