@groweatgift @CanalRiverTrust Even with the best of intentions and an entire duck safe ingredient list, it risks folk seeing/hearing 'cake' and 'ducks' and tossing any old stale cake in the water. We think it best to stick to non human waste offerings....peas, lettuce, etc, or the specially formulated foods.

@aplastic_planet Thanks. We'll certainly be sharing the results of our trials - as our customers are getting the final say. We already have our hands full trying to get the "no bread for ducks" message across!

@aplastic_planet There actually aren't lots of options to meet our specific requirements, losing plastic means accepting compromises - we're trialling alternatives to see if our customers can accept those compromises. It's a big challenge for a small business.
