Timo Werner has four goals and four assists in 11 games for San Jose Earthquakes.

USMNT legend Tim Howard makes a crazy promise on he will do once Werner hits 10 goals and 10 assists.

Howard is making this promise because when Werner signed for the Earthquakes, he said this is a bad signing and used the phrase “Timo Werner couldn’t hit a cow’s ass with a banjo.”

With Werner showing that he can indeed score goals in MLS, the former goalkeeper is ready to own his error in judgment.

“I'm going on record. Ready? Here we go. This is how I operate,” Howard said on Unfiltered Soccer podcast.

“So anybody who thinks I sidestep things, do one.

“Timo Werner. All comps. If you score 10 goals, 10 assists, in all comps.

“The season finishes, and there's a 10 and a 10, I will get tattooed on my ass the best drawing that one of our fans, any listener right now, sends into the show of a cow and someone swinging a banjo.

“I will get that tattooed on my ass.

“So, Timo, you do your job. Our fans and listeners, do your job. And I'll do mine. That’s how this works, it's very simple.”

San Jose Earthquakes’ new signing Timo Werner got a lot of people excited. But USMNT legend Tim Howard isn’t impressed.

He covers the Premier League for NBC and he didn’t like Werner’s performances in England.

“I’m going to say something really disrespectful,” Howard began.

“And I don't know how else to say it, but Timo Werner couldn't hit a cow's ass with a banjo.”

Landon Donovan added: “I'm betting no if I had to bet.”

Werner is a new DP for Earthquakes, and is expected to lead them back to MLS playoffs.

He has 154 goals in 451 matches across the Premier League and Bundesliga. He also has 24 goals in 57 games for the German national team.

However, the forward has been heavily criticized for his misses in front of goal. Still only 29, how will he do in MLS?
