Design thinking 🤔 was a 💡 on @SQSFellowship. A mindset change. To 🤔 visually and not just in words. To understand what the problem is for others & not just roll out our own solutions. To stand in the 👠 of others. To give others a voice & truly collaborate.
Learning & improvement are not "nice-to-have" or a bolt-on. Organisations that excel at improvement understand they're part of everyone's daily work. We need a culture of experimentation where we're constantly trying new things & if they fail, that's okay. Graphic: @anujmagazine
