@electraform hey any plans to update your ventilation certificate?? Regs changed a while ago and what you have currently doesn't have the right details? Also how is the API system going are you any closer to releasing it? I'm looking at using zapier to add clients to it?
@electrician_247@myenergiuk Thanks for the help with this really appreciate it. Board for garage is one way. Electric meter is the other. Charger in the middle.
Meter isn't too far maybe 7-8 mtrs away on same side of house.
Trying to do the job without running too many cables!
Thanks again!
Now then hope you are all good. Can somebody shine a light on installation of a zappi charger these days?
I'm going to need the harvi, do I need a hub anymore? Does the charger just need to be in range of WiFi?
Will call tomorrow.

@vitaelectrical@ChrisRuddock2 @leeburgess77 @liveelec This is why I only fit 3036 Wylex boards now you will never run out of parts!๐คฃ
Nah Hager and Wylex for me. Might have to have the above convo with a client some day but can't imagine it being soon.
@M_E_SOLUTIONS@dseselectric@OsramLampsUK They are good and from what I've heard they don't really fail.
I heard Collingwood was good also...
You are probably going to get some.sort of failure whatever it is you get it's just the nature of the beast I guess!
Absolute dog poo....Ledvance Floodlights with PIR.
1 was just under two years old and the rest have gone faulty within a year.
I've also got another two to replace... Never again.
What is going on @OsramLampsUK.
@dseselectric seems you where right!
@GTE55@OsramLampsUK@dseselectric Fantastic!
I've fitted a fair few and haven't had any call backs for ages... Then 5 at once.
The latest model they have modified with a silicone seal around the PIR lense.. obviously having issues before!
@coolsparx@dseselectric@OsramLampsUK I think this is the route I'm going to go... Stand alone PIR and flood. Hate going back and having to get ladders out and replacing.. If I lose the job I don't think I'll be overly fussed...If client supplies them can't loose either.
@dseselectric@OsramLampsUK No failures so far been installing them for a month ๐
I've heard the timeguard are good and have used them before...the thing that I didn't like about it was that yes it's modular and the pit you can replace but am I right in saying you have to disconnect....
