Did not receive the promised callback from Johan in the Colombia call center of United. Working with someone in the Philippines office. It is daytime in the United States, why is someone in the Philippines working at night to answer united‘s phone calls?

Complete incompetence all around in this air, Airlines. Zero Customer follow up. Zero respect for making mistakes that caused great inconvenience for customers.

United delayed my baggage arrival from IAH to LAX. It missed my international flight to Athens. I have spent 5+ hours on the phone with them and they can’t do this simple thing.

My most recent call to them - 1 hr 53 min. Shout out to Juan in Colombia who has taken it further than his previous associates Sarita and Sweety. Waiting for a call back from his supervisor Johan. It’s almost 1am and I’d rather be sleeping.

Look at where we bottomed today - this is the daily chart.

Then we'll look at the 15 min chart of that day (June 30th). It went right to the final order block before BMNR doubled in a day. That is a massive support level - so I believe the bottom is in.
