With no changes…smell bad.. Russians wanted Lift sanctions and Ammonia export..got zero..Erdogan wanted 1 year and got only 120 days..Market went up against all theorems..I suppose no one trust too much on today agreement…What else to expect now?

Russia has banned passage of vessels loaded outside country through Kerch Strait to Azov Sea-reported in General Directorate of Maritime Affairs under Ministry of Transport of Turkey as they got official notification from the Maritime Administration of the Russian Federation…..
