Nice awareness campaign work from the founders of @quipnetwork.
Whether Q-Day arrives in 5 years or 15 years, the exact date matters less than the direction of travel. The Quantum Doom Clock is a useful scenario-planning tool for understanding the potential impact of quantum computing on today's cryptographic systems and why post-quantum preparedness matters.
@SenLummis Pls postpone or cancel bitcoin as a reserve, Sen Lummis! or not keep it 20 yrs!
As it's obviously getting an endless controverse on quantum-safe algo, its migration could be lasting for decade, It'll probably get to 0 in next 10/20 yrs for failure in migration/tackle to q-safe.
Quantum computers will eventually start draining crypto wallets even if they’re cold wallets or ledgers.
At this rate, they’ll crack the cryptography of every wallet in existence
But you already know about that by now, right?
What you don’t know is that we still haven’t fixed it.
We’re still likely vulnerable to quantum attack
I went through the @qlabsofficial docs not really expecting much tbh, but it seems these guys have a fix.
The current problem is making a chain quantum-safe normally means migrating the whole thing onto a new one.
And when that happens, every wallet address breaks, the consensus gets rebuilt, and thousands of holders somehow have to move at the same time.
The crypto market is worth $4 trillion… nobody’s relocating all of that to dodge a threat that hasn’t actually landed yet.
So it just sits there… FOR NOW.
qLABS’ answer is a Quantum Crypto Wrapper.
It wraps the assets you already hold in quantum security and sits as a verification layer right on top of the chain you’re already on. Hyperliquid included. No new chain. No migration.
It runs on two things:
• Post-quantum cryptography… the future-proof encryption NIST already locked in as standard.
• zero-knowledge proofs… so it verifies everything without ever exposing your data.
So you keep your chain; Your wallet; Your assets, but then they just quietly turn quantum-safe.
And honestly, that might be the only version of quantum safety crypto ever actually adopts.
🚨NIST Advances 9 Candidates to the 3rd Round of PQC
·FAEST · HAWK · MAYO · MQOM · QR-UOV
· SDitH · SNOVA · SQIsign · UOV
In the results of the next evaluation round, more suitable quantum-resistant algorithms for #Bitcoin use cases with smaller public keys and signature sizes are likely to emerge. #Multivariate
Wait another two years. Unfortunately, there isn’t much time left for Bitcoin. 🥲

Yes, Sir!
Looking back ten years from now, all cryptocurrencies will need to be quantum-safe.
#Raqcoin definitely my favorite, with its Proof-of-Work mechanism, has the potential to replace gold even centuries from now, fulfilling a transformative mission.
I love it!
