Let me post it again just to IRRITATE the demons inside you that's always against ORDINARY NIGERIANS.....
First Lady in this Video said she gave Billions to certain set....
She gave a Billion to another set...
She gave N500 million to another set....
She gave Billions towards NITDA and ICT, people in OAU Ife can confirm this as we speak....
She gave also for people doing Akara Business, Corn Business and the likes....
You people have no issue with money given for ICT, NITDA, Breast Cancer, TB etc...But you have problem with the GRANT money given to ordinary Nigerians selling Akara, Kulikuli, Corn, Tomatoes etc....
What is the offence of ordinary Nigerians that you don't want them to get anything from govt, ARE YOU PEOPLE THAT DEMONIC?
These are the arguments that delayed PIA for over 20 years.
These are the same arguments that delayed subsidy removal for over 20 years.
Same arguments that delayed the passage of the electricity act.
These arguments against state police are as valid to the extent of our bias.
No bill is perfect. No bill answers all the questions or takes care of all the problems.
A bill must at the very least show progress and for me that is the only thing that matters.
I grew up hating Governor Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Like many young Nigerians, I judged him based on the narratives I heard around me and his policies as naive teen.
But as I grew older, I decided to study the man, his policies, and his impact. What I found changed my perspective completely.
Lagos today remains the economic powerhouse of Nigeria largely because of the foundations laid during Tinubu’s administration and the institutions he helped build. Successive governments have continued to benefit from structures and reforms that were put in place years ago.
That realization is what made me support him in 2023, and it is why I will continue to support him as President until 2031.
I have no other niche on X. My niche is simple, promoting the achievements of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and projecting a positive image of Nigeria. I believe in the vision, I believe in the reforms, and I believe the country is on the path to long term progress.
GOD BLESS PRESIDENT BOLA TINUBU
GOD BLESS THE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA
Senegal head coach Pape Thiaw has become widely discussed in America because of a statement he made during a press conference.
Journalist:
“Today, there were very strong winds in the state of New Jersey, and security officials advised members of the delegation not to go outside for your own safety. Why did you go out to perform the prayer?”
Pape Thiaw:
“Is there anything more important than prayer? I do not think that is your concern. You fear the wind, while we fear Allah, the One who created the wind. We came here for a game of entertainment, yet we have forgotten that we were created to worship Allah.
Even if the @FIFAWorldCup World Cup final were being played today and we were one of the finalist teams, we would still go out to perform the Jummah prayer, even if it meant losing the championship.
Do not lecture us about the rituals and obligations of our religion.”
The true test of sustainable governance is the ability to pass the baton to proven hands, guided by minds that see the future clearly.
Today, I present a ticket that reflects the strength, diversity, and future of our great state.
Dr. Obafemi Hamzat has proven himself to be a dedicated public servant, a dependable partner in governance and a steadfast advocate for progress.
Joining him as his running mate is Princess Damilola Sonayon-James, a respected leader, sustainability professional, and grassroots champion whose commitment to community development and youth empowerment reflects the aspirations of many Lagosians.
Together, they bring the experience, competence, and energy needed to build on our achievements and move Lagos forward.
As we prepare for the forthcoming gubernatorial election, I invite party faithful, stakeholders, and all Lagosians to support this team as we continue our shared mission of building a Greater Lagos.
Once upon a time, @abokifx was like our CBN governor. It's rate was the real rate.
@naira_rates was one of the most engaged handles on X.
BDC operators moved like gods.
This man changed the story.
Epatewo fun Tinubu.
LEGENDARY JOE - ARE HIS WRITINGS AI WRITTEN?
1. Whenever a man’s craft transcends the ordinary, the mediocre quickly gather to trade in rumours of sorcery or tricks. They said the legendary Baba D.O. Fagunwa communed with the spirits of the marine kingdom to fetch his timeless tales 😆.
The tree that bears the sweetest fruit must endure the most stones. This skepticism did not begin today, and it certainly will not bury the stride of the Legendary.
Extraordinary grace has always baffled the pedestrian mind.
2. Observe closely: those who peddle these whispers are often those whose own names are completely detached from anything of substance or worth. They merely project the cold weight of their own insecurities and unspoken envy.
They question their destiny: "How can one man flourish so effortlessly in this divine gift, while I have no drop of talent to boast of?"
My brother, I am not the architect of your ungifted profile. If you invested half the energy you squander on envy into searching your own soul, you would surely find a spark where you, too, could outperform the rest.
3. I have been writing actively since early in the millennium, and by "active", I mean writing letters, essays, articles, for classmates, teachers, friends and parent alike.
If I am to be accused of anything, let it be laziness, otherwise, there is no reasonable excuse why I should not have authored at least ten books by now. So yes - manage your envy accordingly. We did not start today.
4. When I wrote Toefl in 2012, the examiners did not just grade a test; they witnessed a deluge. I scored full marks for writing, submitting 3,000 words for an expected 300 word article.
I only missed a flawless overall score by a mere twelve marks- six lost in Speaking because I was born with a proud, natural stutter, and six in Listening because the British accent threw me slightly off course.
But as for the written word? I was not trained folks; I was born a writer.
5. All said, writing with the aid of AI is no crime. "The world moves, and we must move with it." Technological advancement is designed to elevate our innate skills, sharpen our talents, and simplify our heavy tasks.
It is the exact same rigid mindset that once made people condemn automatic transmission vehicles, claiming you had to sweat over a manual stick shift to be crowned a "real" driver.
My only caution is this: a genuinely talented writer must never completely surrender their creative soul to a machine, lest we rob the literary world of its raw, irreplaceable originality.
6. But as for me - The Legendary J.O.E, any good writer or reader who feasts on my articles knows beyond a shadow of doubt that no algorithm can replicate my spirit.
An artificial tree can mimic the leaves, but it can never yield the fruit."
I belong to that rare, endangered breed of literary architects who seamlessly weave a combination of figures of speech, deep African proverbs, unforgettable quotes, and biting satire into the fabric of every single piece. Your AI cannot manufacture that depth - at least, not yet.
7. But let us even play the fool for a moment and assume, without conceding, that a machine drafts my essays. That very same AI is at your fingertips, entirely free of charge. I dare you:
Do yours, give it the prompt and then place it beside mine and let the people decide whether both rivers drink from the same source. 😆
A poor farmer blames his tools...
Good Morning Severally...
People really think I am joking when I support Tinubu.
You think it was easy for someone who has never collected a voters card in his life to go and line up three times just to get one?
Let me explain my reason.
I see politicians who are against Tinubu — and I know exactly why they are against him. He is closing the loopholes they have fed from for decades.
I see the masses who are feeling the full impact of the economic reforms — and I understand their pain. It is real.
But here I am a thinker.
And as a thinker I believe President Tinubu needs more support not less. Not because he is perfect but because the process he has started is bigger than the man himself.
So I will not just support him quietly.
I will go further — I will engage, I will explain and I will win more people over to understand what is actually happening to this economy.
Because Nigeria deserves people who think before they react. 😎
I have a couple of friends within and outside Nigeria that are now fond of sharing every bad news about Nigeria with me especially from Instablog, Tunde Ednut and few others all in a bid to question my support for the President.
My response has been the same and quite effective.
- Where was your message when Nigeria recently eliminated the number 2 of ISWAP (globally) in addition to over 100 members in a collaboration with the US?
- Where was your message every time reports come out that thousands of terrorists have been eliminated in the Northeast by the military?
- Where was your message when Nigeria’s economy was listed among the highest growing economies in the world ahead of many of your favorite nations?
- Where was your message when students celebrated 3 years of no ASUU strike due to increased funding and the students loan?
- Where was your message when several citizens were celebrating improved infrastructural investments across the 36 states of the federation?
- Where was your message when state governors were praising the President for increased allocation which has stopped them from borrowing and helped pay salaries on time?
- Where was your message when Nigeria was removed from IMF list of debtors?
- Where was your message when companies that used to declare losses started declaring excess profits all over the place?
- Where was your message when Nigeria became a net exporter of petroleum products compared to years when we were the import king?
- Where was your message when leading credit rating companies started upgrading Nigeria’s rating after many decades?
- Where was your message when people were praising Tunji Ojo for making our passport applications easier than it has ever been in the country?
Why is it that you only remember to message me when bad things happen in the country? Have you been waiting for this opportunity simply because you didn’t like that choice of 2023?
Again, let nobody gaslight you ahead of 2027 due to recent developments that now sounds politically motivated. They have a right to focus on the criticisms and bad news while you have a right to focus on the positive ones while hoping for the best going forward.
It is a fight between those who want to take us back in time to the corrupt days when subsidy payments on fuel and forex ruled the economy.
A fight between those who just want their kinsman to become the President without any solid capacity and one that has proven overtime to be effective.
Their concerns must be duly noted but never get gaslighted by their claims on your choice. Come 2027, the only choice is to remain focused and return the one that has done the hard job which other presidents have ran away from simply because they want to win elections.
We will be there cos it will happen 😊.
STATEHOUSE STATEMENT
Counterterrorism Operation Against ISIS senior leader, Abu-Bilal Al-Manuki
Overnight, Nigeria and the United States recorded a significant example of effective collaboration in the fight against terrorism.
Our determined Nigerian Armed Forces, working closely with the Armed Forces of the United States, conducted a daring joint operation that dealt a heavy blow to the ranks of the Islamic State.
Early assessments confirm the elimination of the wanted IS senior leader, Abu-Bilal Al-Manuki, also known as Abu-Mainok, along with several of his lieutenants, during a strike on his compound in the Lake Chad Basin
Nigeria appreciates this partnership with the United States in advancing our shared security objectives. I extend my sincere gratitude to President Trump for his leadership and unwavering support in this effort.
I commend the personnel involved on both sides for their professionalism and courage, and I look forward to more decisive strikes against all terrorist enclaves across the nation.

“Tonight, at my direction, brave American forces and the Armed Forces of Nigeria flawlessly executed a meticulously planned and very complex mission to eliminate the most active terrorist in the world from the battlefield. Abu-Bilal al-Minuki, second in command of ISIS…” - President Trump
I just went through the comments and quotes on Oladepo Caleb Okugbenga's post. He credited NELFUND for supporting him in becoming the Best Graduating Student of LAUTECH, but the dishonesty in some replies is alarming.
You can criticize the Tinubu government for many things, some of it valid, but when it comes to NELFUND, let us be honest. It is a lifesaver.
I am a 500-level medical student at UI. I have been on NELFUND for three consecutive years. They recently paid my school fees and the fees of thousands of UI students this session. That is not a rumor. That is real. NELFUND currently supports students with full academic fee payment sent directly to the school and a monthly upkeep allowance of twenty thousand naira paid directly to the student.
Now let me address the common lies people spread.
Some say it is a loan, so it is not helpful. Yes, it is a loan, but it is interest-free. Tell me one loan app in Nigeria that gives you zero interest.
Others say the repayment is a burden. But repayment only starts after you have graduated, finished NYSC, and found a job. If you are unemployed, you pay nothing. If you lose your job, the payments stop automatically. That is not a burden. That is safety.
Some people claim NELFUND has no impact on students. That is simply false. I am an admin in a group helping students apply successfully. Many higher institutions and scholarship bodies now advise students to take advantage of this loan so they can use their own money for other needs that bring financial stability.
Another lie is that the government made education expensive just to introduce the loan. Federal schools are still highly subsidized. We all know what our mates in private schools pay per session, millions of naira. Our fees, even after adjustments, are a fraction of that.
Most of the people throwing shade at NELFUND are not even in school anymore. They have no idea how the scheme operates today.
Let me be clear. I am not saying we should stop scrutinizing government spending. We absolutely should. But when a good initiative works, we must have the maturity to acknowledge it. NELFUND is keeping real students in school. That is a fact.
Let us not allow dishonesty to rob others of this opportunity.
