The president of Russia does have term limits. Two consecutive 6 year terms.

And Putin has ammended the constitution in order for him to reset how many terms he has served.

It was previously voiced by one woman, and then later it got updated and is voiced by multiple different people. But the difference in pronunciation deviates so much between the two versions.

I had this problem too. The fix will delete all your progress including achievements, collected careers, accessories, and all current lives.
