The little girl just can’t stop smiling.
She turned 5 only a month ago, and just two days ago she received the hardest news of her life.
But Bryndle Reid from Foley, AL keeps smiling through everything.
She shows a strength and positivity that inspires everyone around her.
More than two years ago, Kevin and Stephanie Boatwright learned that their then-2-year-old daughter Bryndle had a rare type of brain cancer.
The tumor was wrapped around her brain stem.
Doctors told her parents to bring her in for check-ups every three months.
Through all these years, Bryndle has continued to shine.
She loves wrapping herself in the 15 blankets she owns, the newest one being a prayer blanket from her church family.
“Bryndle loves baby dolls and stuffed animals, but her favorite thing is blankets,” said Stephanie.
Last night, Bryndle held her prayer blanket close as her family prepared for this week’s plan from her doctors at Children’s of Alabama.
She has an MRI today and a biopsy on Thursday.
These two procedures will help her medical team decide the next steps in her treatment.

Even though she doesn’t know exactly what is coming, Bryndle stays cheerful, full of faith, and surrounded by love from her doctors and family.
“Bryndle is only 5 years old, but she’s the strongest person I know,” said her mom Stephanie, holding back tears.
“After her MRI and biopsy, doctors will make a treatment plan for her future,” she added.
“She’s going to make it,” Stephanie whispered.
And Bryndle would surely smile if she heard that.

Twelve-year-old Alabama cancer patient Will Roberts died at 12:45 a.m. on his mother’s birthday after battling osteosarcoma for 16 months. His mother said he took his final breath “on this earth and entered the presence of Jesus.”

Before his death, Will’s emotional video asking for help reaching President Donald Trump and HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was viewed by millions. He hoped to gain access to an experimental drug that might save his life or eventually help other children with the same cancer.

His plea helped connect his medical team with the treatment’s developers. Will’s mother said that although she is grieving, she finds comfort in believing her son is now with Jesus and free from cancer.

Your heart has an electrical rhythm. Your brain lights up when you pray. Tears contain different chemicals depending on if you're crying from joy or grief. The blood speaks. The bones store memory. The body worships whether you realize it or not.

We are fearfully and wonderfully made. We are walking prophecy. Walking tabernacles. Dust and divinity in one.

God didn’t just create you. He carved Himself into you.

You don’t need to look far to find Him. You just need to look inward. He’s been in the design since the beginning.

U.S. Navy veteran Ethan Preseau regained consciousness shortly after doctors removed him from life support and prepared him for organ donation. He had been diagnosed with a severe heart infection and extensive brain damage, with little hope of recovery.

Before saying goodbye, Ethan’s girlfriend and family prayed earnestly for a miracle. After completing his honor walk, they received an unexpected call that he was awake, smiling and responding to loved ones, leaving doctors astonished.

This is the story Drake's handler told in a flight.

A woman glanced at my dog and said he looked
"dangerous." She even questioned why a German
Shepherd like him should be allowed on a plane at all.
Let me introduce you to Drake.
The same dog she felt uneasy about spent six years working with Marine Special Operations. Drake is a highly trained Multi-Purpose Canine. While most people instinctively move away from danger, his role has always been to run directly toward it.
®¿ Here's what he's done:
He has tracked high-value targets during critical missions.
He has located hidden explosives before they could harm anyone.
He was shot twice while protecting the team he served with.
That scar on his shoulder? It came from shrapnel during an IED blast in Helmand Province. Even while injured and bleeding, Drake kept going and identified four more explosive devices nearby, helping keep his team safe.
And that slight limp you noticed? It's from taking multiple rounds during an ambush while shielding his handler. Because of him, a young Marine made it home alive to his child.
Drake has been awarded a Navy Commendation Medal and a Purple Heart. He's also credited with helping save over forty lives.
And here's the part that truly matters — he has never bitten a single person. The only things he's ever gone after were threats to the people he was trained to protect.
So no, I won't be moving my seat.
