“What have I always believed?
That on the whole, and by and large, if a man lived properly, not according to what any priests said, but according to what seemed decent and honest inside, then it would, at the end, more or less, turn out all right.”
- Terry Pratchett, Small Gods

@_morijinn I think Wukong and Kratos would fight until Kratos was exhausted and Wukong would find it really funny, then Kratos would find it funny, and they'd become really fast friends
@TheHat2@GamingAndPandas The rhetorical tactic is to say "here is this similar event that happened before. You did not care then, and thus, your current outrage is merely tactical!"
@GiddyOnGaming I wonder if it's a (and this is a very deep cut, so I would be shocked if you got it) Everworld sort of thing. Like Phranque is an alien god.
@Cyberlord1109 "The Pope manages to frighten one major villain of the series and callout another with no clap-back while having no supernatural power" is the coolest fucking shit
@KaiKai2492 They're getting upset that a man who abused prima nocta so much that ancient gods actually said in lore "wow man calm down" did
bad things?
The British, seething with jealous fury at the Americans, decided to one up them in the only way they knew how:
Absolutely and completely god awful law enforcement officers
🚨 LIVE from Southampton Crown Court.
Henry Nowak's father gives his personal victim statement.
"He talks about sleeping in his son's room on Christmas Eve as well as the pain felt on what would have been Henry's 19th birthday."
Absolutely heartbreaking 💔😢
@BastardSnooping@ThatG1504ex Make the Exorcist Fall In Love.
In this scene, the main character, a preteen boy, is assaulted by hordes of mind-controlled women who attempt to molest him.
He, in response, rips out his own eye, quotes scripture, and smites the mind-controller.
@RachelVT42 I'm gonna be the annoying guy who wonders why you haven't visited the PNW, unless of course you slipped that way in Canada in which case I rescind the complaint
@variousfruut@dyingscribe "I wanna hit that motherfucker way over there, but I want to limit the chances of my thrown knife hitting with the handle.", probably
Maybe they should come down on the person who committed the murder.
Maybe they should blame the murderer.
Maybe the murderer is the one making the culture look murderous.
Maybe
Just maybe
One should hold someone accountable for the actions they commit.
They're good, but they are more or less compilations of the fights and 'good scenes' of the VN, so you needed to read the visual novel to get full effect of the anime. And the ufotable adaptations are before the VN drop stateside.
That's more or less it.
@upper_pp@Walterskol1@TheUnaButters THe best part about the basement gun scene to me is that it uses *every* practical effect trick in the book. Puppets, animatronics, miniatures, painted forced perspective, etc, it's sort of my little holy grail of special effects.
