Courts default to 50/50 custody as a rule and only waver from that if one parent is deemed especially unfit.

@ClarkCntyTicTac @undonepotential A single digit percentage of custody cases ever actually go to court. 90+% of them are decided outside of courts. So the majority of fathers that don't have half (or any) custody do so by choice.
When men ask for custody, the overwhelmingly get it.
