For International Coffee Day, SGR brought together women coffee farmers from our cooperative partners across Rwanda for a day at @QuestionCafeRW , our social enterprise.
It was an opportunity for the women behind Rwanda’s coffee to step beyond the farm and experience another part of the coffee value chain; from tasting and brewing to learning more about how their coffee reaches the cup.
At SGR, we believe meaningful change starts by connecting people, strengthening partnerships, and creating opportunities across the value chain.
From the women who grow it to the people who enjoy it ☕️
Join us tomorrow from 10:00 to 11:00 AM for a Chemex brewing demonstration, as our barista walks you through the process, brewing method by method, from bean to cup.

This International Coffee Day, we honour the people behind every cup. From the women producers who nurture the trees and pick each ripe cherry, to the hands that brew your cup, every sip carries a story. Coffee is part of the journey.
