@FRSwoes@ExpertShizzle Like why not just average the amount of call outs you get a day and then schedule said amount (10% call outs, 10% more coverage) so in the event the 10% call out, we have it covered. If the show up, we have legit ability to support walkins
@FRSwoes@ExpertShizzle Not only that but we’ve spent the last 2.5 years turning people away or giving them different resources (apple support, AASP, etc) due to store closures and limited in store employees and so people got used to going to other places
