@SuperStableNews @AnathemaLex42 @Forty1_0 I mean obviously there's other factors, it's an entire military of individuals each with their own reasons, but one of the primary reasons for many of them was a belief in white supremacy or economic concerns that are at best a few steps downstream of slavery (eg price of cotton)

@VVenerabilis @Distant_Warrior It's because in-universe light speed is slang for hyperspace travel, which is actually much faster. Sublight pretty much just means "slower than hyperspace" even if it's still faster than light speed.

@marbitozard_ Are games just things you look at? Is that where all the fun comes from for you? Personally I was having fun catching, training, and battling pokemon but if you enjoy the games by staring at the scenery then yeah this isn't the one for you.
