@easyJet I just received an email telling me that all passengers flying to uk need a test. This directly contradicts the advice from uk gov. Can I ignore this email as much of the info is out of date (green, amber, red list)

@NeilJMcCutcheon @zoom_us If they can share other things they should be able to share video too. In the screen sharing window at the bottom left, there is a check box ‘optimise for video’. Maybe they need to check that. I’ve found that some people just can’t share in BORs at random times though 🤷🏻‍♂️

@FlySWISS I requested a refund for a voucher 4 weeks ago and have still not received it. When can I expect this? This is after I tried to use the voucher but was told it was in the wrong currency!

@FlySWISS FYI I was also given a voucher in Euro, so not all vouchers are given in CHF.

@FlySWISS why can I use a discount voucher in Euro on a flight booked in CHF, but I am unable to use a refund voucher in CZK? After an hour on the phone to you I was told it is impossible to use a voucher in a different currency This is beyond stupid.

@FlySWISS The reason I was given after 2 one-hour phone calls with your customer service is that the currency is different and can’t be used.

@FlySWISS Thanks Naidine. I got a voucher for a cancelled flight in Czech crowns (the starting point of the journey). I was told that this cannot be used to book a flight on the same route (Zurich - Prague) because the starting point is Swiss not Czech.

Also, in the 2 days I have been trying to sort this out my flight price has gone up by 45 CHF. Customer service has been useless so far.
