Instead of using Republican only votes to expand the size of the federal government, Congress should eliminate welfare for refugees, illegal immigrants, and legal immigrants AND put teeth in laws to end the massive fraud.
The images of illegal third-world migrants storming over the borders of Spain, while their leftist government does nothing about it, are completely insane.
Oh, wait-- this was America's southern border the last time the Democrat Party was in power.
Why we need to codify Trump border security… by passing my “Permanent Trump Secure Border Act (H.R. 9773)” - which we passed out of Judiciary Committee last week.
The need to pass the SAVE America Act isn’t going away.
We will keep this up until the underlying problem is resolved.
Those opposed to it should get on board, knowing that if they don’t they’ll face massive backlash from voters.
Hey @DenverDAsOffice
On March 10, 2025, according to the victim’s account, Latiyf Brooks WHILE OUT ON PAROLE allegedly beat her, struck her in the head with a hammer, strangled her, sexually assaulted her, and tried to kill her. She spent three and a half weeks in the hospital. She was left with permanent damage to her throat and deep, lasting trauma. Over a year later, she still hasn’t recovered.
This assault has upended her life financially and emotionally. She is terrified that a protective order will not keep her and her family safe; fears that feel justified given reports that Brooks has previously violated protection orders.
Even more heartbreaking, she feels completely dismissed by the system meant to protect her. The victim has shared that the DA and victim’s advocate have told her they have “more important cases” and are too busy to answer her questions. She worries that when survivors are treated this way, other women will be discouraged from coming forward, believing justice will never be served.
Brooks already has a prior conviction for attempted murder after deliberation from a 2014 incident. He was sentenced in 2015 to 20 years in CDOC.
Yet by December 2021, he was already out of prison, having served less than half of that sentence.
The victim informed me that the DA is now considering a deal that would drop most of the recent charges in exchange for a guilty plea to attempted murder that would include a sentence of around 12 years plus three years of parole.
This woman survived an alleged attempt on her life. She is disabled. She is living with permanent injuries, financial strain, constant fear, and the feeling that the people responsible for seeking justice for her do not see her as a priority.
What kind of message does this send to survivors? That their pain is secondary? That a man previously convicted of trying to kill someone can allegedly do it again while on early release and still face a relatively short sentence?
Survivors deserve to be heard, protected, and treated with dignity. This case raises serious questions about whether our system is truly prioritizing victims; especially the most vulnerable ones.

MILEI in Davos: “we moved from the concept of liberty as the fundamental protection of the individual against the intervention of the tyrant to the concept of liberation through state intervention.”
“Feminism, diversity, equity, inclusion, immigration, abortion, environmentalism, and gender ideology are all various heads of the same beast aimed at justifying State expansion.”
After rampant fraud was uncovered at daycare centers in Minnesota and elsewhere, a judge blocked President Trump’s effort to put guardrails on those programs.
I’ve offered this amendment to circumvent the judge’s ruling and empower the President to withhold fraudulent funds.
We're only 15 states away from calling an Article V Convention to put restrictions on the federal government, most importantly, term limits.
Congress will never impose term limits on itself. With the Convention of States Resolution, We the People can. It also reins in spending and limits federal power. This isn’t symbolic—our petition goes directly to state legislators. Sign now: https://t.co/9WV7YtZFxs

Rep. Ro Khanna: "You're saying to me… with a 1% tax on wealth that people are going to leave? Come on!"
Shawn Ryan: "Bessent said there's approximately $600B in fraud… Don't you think we might want to get a handle on that before we tax everybody more?"
I just introduced the End Welfare for Non-Citizens Act to ensure taxpayer-funded benefits are reserved for Americans. This bill ends federal funding for programs like TANF, Medicaid, and SNAP for illegal immigrants, refugees, asylees, and new entrants.
Limited resources should serve American citizens, not foreigners.

127 of us voted AYE to defund the leftist-neocon National Endowment for Democracy. Hundreds of millions of your dollars spent on foreign interference!
NO = fund NED
AYE = defund NED
POTUS should veto the underlying bill.
Linked roll call of Ayes/Noes: https://t.co/RGpo7ks6pd
@GabeforColorado Absolute traitor behavior voting to leave in funding for the NED. If you get drubbed by a democrat next election, chalk it up to this why you lost support amongst republicans
Remember the names of every Republican member of Congress who votes no today against defunding the National Endowment for Democracy. That list of names is your primary-the-shit-out-of-them map for 2026.
Justice Alito: "What does it mean to be a man or woman?"
ACLU lawyer: "We do not have a definition for the Court."
Justice Alito: "How can a court determine whether there's discrimination on the basis of sex without knowing what sex means?
Absolutely incredible…
JUSTICE ALITO: To decide if there’s discrimination on the basis of sex, we need to define what sex is, right?
ACLU lawyer: Yes, your honor.
ALITO: What does it mean to be a man or woman, a boy or girl?
ACLU lawyer: We do not have a definition.
This cannot stand. It'll be hard to describe the level of betrayal voters like me will feel for being forced to fund, yet again, with no strings attached, this monstruous organization which has targeted us all so ruthlessly and so systematically with our own tax money.
