@rgay Anecdotally, liability insurance carried by city/pd can force change. A reporter I know told me that after multiple complaints/lost lawsuits against 1 specific officer, the insurance carrier declined further coverage to the pd. Cop was fired. This was in a small western city.

@EM_RESUS 2:1 atrial flutter with LBBB vs aberrancy. HR ~150 is 2:1 Atrial Flutter until proven otherwise. HR 170 is in ballpark. Other considerations: JT with LBBB vs aberrancy (short PR interval). Rate control key-symptoms suggest cardioversion w/sedation then w/u.
