BofA raised price targets on Arm and AMD following its latest AI infrastructure outlook:
$ARM to $335 from $245 (Neutral)
$AMD to $560 from $500 (Buy)
BofA is citing the growing impact of agentic AI and a sharply higher forecast for the server CPU market.
BofA sees AI expanding opportunities across both x86 and Arm-based architectures, while continuing to view Nvidia $NVDA as its top sector pick.
Billionaire investor Ron Baron explained the silent math destroying your wealth:
Your money loses 4 to 5% of its purchasing power every single year. The economy grinds higher at roughly 2%. That is a relentless 7% headwind against you, annually.
What that really means. Prices double every 10 to 12 years. Your savings are cut in half in real terms within about 15 years. Cash sitting idle is not safe, it is decaying.
The system is structurally engineered to punish savers and force capital into risk just to survive.
TOM LEE: THIS IS CASH RAISING, NOT THE TOP
Tom Lee @fundstrat says the market is getting hit because institutions are raising cash ahead of the $75B SpaceX IPO.
They may need cash for the IPO, then more cash to build a full market weight position in the aftermarket.
That means selling recent winners.
But Tom says the charts are not broken, this dip gets bought, and because so many people think SpaceX marks the top, it probably is not the top.
