@jan2086 @ThreeUK @O2 They Saud moved my contract as old one doesn't exist any more. Told them didnt use account in over 10 years and why from gdpr purposes it is still open. Many calls later got it sorted but very dodgy practices. O2 are way better been with them for years!

@jan2086 @ThreeUK @O2 Have to say threeuk practices are dodgy at best. I had an account with them from 2009! A mobile broadband account where contracted ended in 2009 havent used since thought I canceled back in 2009. was charged £30 recently and debt collection agency brought in to collect!
