I think it’s essential even after tough conversations, “arguments”, disagreements, to tell that person that you love them. Just because we are at odds or don’t agree, doesn’t mean that I don’t still love you.

It’s just frustrating to be on one level yourself trying to also get someone to understand from their level of perception..
