Stop judging your fertility by how your sperm looks.

A man once told me he was 100% fertile because his semen was always thick, not watery. When I asked if he had done a semen analysis, he said no.

This is one of the biggest fertility myths.

The truth is, you cannot tell if a man is fertile just by looking at his semen.

Watery semen doesn't automatically mean infertility. It can happen after frequent ejaculation or for other reasons.

Thick semen doesn't automatically mean high fertility either. It can be caused by dehydration, going a long time without ejaculation, or even an infection.

What really matters is:
✅ Sperm count
✅ Sperm motility (how well the sperm swim)
✅ Sperm morphology (the shape of the sperm)

The only way to know a man's fertility is through a semen analysis.

If you've been trying to conceive for 12 months without success (or 6 months if the woman is 35 or older), don't rely on myths. Get a proper fertility evaluation.

Remember: Thick or watery semen doesn't determine fertility. Your test results do.💝
