Fantastic talk by @R0CH3 giving us a glimpse of what the CO2 gas was up to within the sediment during the @STEMM_CCS_EU controlled release experiment. Amazing figures and data derived from the @samsglider@TeledyneMarine#Gavia
Looks like the Germans heard about all the fun we're having out here and decided to come join us. Hello to our fellow research ship the Poseidon! #TookYouLongEnough@STEMM_CCS_EU@NOCnews
Starting to get very busy on the seabed now, which means we're getting real close to the Controlled Release Experiment @STEMM_CCS_EU@NOCnews#Ocean#Science
Caught a really weird looking fish today! It was bright yellow and filled with photos, chemical measurements and seismic data about the seabed. Apparently it’s a Gavia AUV, very rare, will probably release it back soon @STEMM_CCS_EU@NOCnews#Robots#Ocean#Science
Already a busy morning on board the James Cook. Just deployed the Gavia AUV! Follow our expidition blog at https://t.co/8CtidyIfLH @STEMM_CCS_EU@NOCnews#Science
Everybody's hard at work now on the @STEMM_CCS_EU controlled release experiment. We've accomplished so much already, including deploying it's hard to believe we're only on day 3 of 35. Can't wait to see what else we can achieve. @EU_Commission@NOCnews@EU_H2020#Science
