اہم اجلاس میں بتایا گیا وٹس ایپ بھی آپ کی اپنی مدد کے بغیر ہیک نہیں ہو سکتا۔ جس شخص کا وٹس ایپ ہیک ہوتا ہے‘ متاثرہ شخص اس کی سب تفصیلات خود فراڈیوں کو فراہم کرتا ہے۔
سب سے زیادہ تکلیف دہ فراڈ وہ ہے جس میں متاثرہ شخص کسی کی کہانی میں پھنس کر ساری رقم خود ٹرانسفر کرتا ہے اور جب تک اسے احساس ہوتا ہے فراڈ ہو چکا ہوتا ہے۔ پھر وہ حکومت اور بینکوں کو الزام دیتا ہے۔ وہ خود کو کبھی اپنی حماقت کا ذمہ دار نہیں ٹھہراتا۔
اب تو پاکستان میں تو رینٹ اے اکاؤنٹ بینک کھلے ہوئے ہیں۔ جس بندے کے نام پر اکاؤنٹ کھلتا ہے یا پہلے سے بینک اکاؤنٹ ہوتا ہے‘اس کے ساتھ باقاعدہ ڈیل ہوتی ہے۔ اس اکائونٹ میں فراڈ کی رقومات ٹرانسفر ہوتی ہیں۔ بندے کو پتا ہوتا ہے کہ پکڑے گئے تو جیل بھی جانا پڑ سکتا ہے۔ وہ اس کا الگ سے پیسہ چارج کرتا ہے۔ اس فراڈ میں شریک سب افراد اپنا اپنا حصہ وصول کرتے ہیں اور پکڑے جائیں تو چند ماہ جیل میں گزار لیتے ہیں۔

وہی بات کہ آدھی قوم فراڈ پر لگی ہوئی ہے اور آدھی کیساتھ فراڈ ہو رہا ہے۔ ہر وقت کچھ نہ کچھ ''معاشی سرگرمی‘‘ ہو رہی ہے۔ آپ لُٹ رہے ہیں یا کسی کو لوٹ رہے ہیں۔

بھلا معاشی ترقی اور کسے کہتے ہیں کہ کچھ افراد کما رہے ہیں تو کچھ ان سے اپنا حصہ وصول کر رہے ہیں۔ سرمایہ ہاتھ بدلتا رہتا ہے‘ ایک جیب سے دوسری جیب۔ ہمارا یہی کامیاب معاشی ماڈل ہے۔
