#KSRP PC ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 5ನೇ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಪ್ರಮಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುತಿಸಿರುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಲವೇ ದಿನಗಳ ಅಂತರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ VAO ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 151.25 ಅಂಕಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದಿರುವುದು ಹಲವು ಅನುಮಾನಗಳಿಗೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ. VAO ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 5ನೇ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯನ್ನು ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗೂ ಗುರುತಿಸಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಅಂಶವೂ ಗಮನಾರ್ಹವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಈ ಅಂಕಗಳ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವೇನು? ಸ್ವಲ್ಪವೂ #IQ ಇಲ್ಲದ ಈ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿ ಇಂತಹ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಹೇಗೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯ 18 ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣವಾಗಬೇಕಾದ PUC 13 ವರ್ಷಗಳ ನಂತರ ಬರೆದು ಅದು ಕೂಡ 6 ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಉನ್ನತ ಅಂಕ ಪಡೆಯುವುದು ಅಸಾಧ್ಯ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಚಾರದ ಅನುಮಾನ ದಟ್ಟವಾಗಿದ್ದು ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಯಲೇಬೇಕು

ವಾರಕ್ಕೊಂದು ಯೂಟ್ಯೂಬ್ ವಿಡಿಯೋ ಮೂಲಕ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕತೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ #IAS ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಂದಲೂ ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣದ ಕುರಿತು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕ ತನಿಖೆಯನ್ನು ನಾವು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಸ್ವಾಭಿಮಾನಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಸಮೂಹ (KSVS) ಈ ಭ್ರಷ್ಟಾಚಾರವನ್ನು ಗಂಭೀರವಾಗಿ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ ನಿಷ್ಪಕ್ಷಪಾತ ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ತನಿಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಸಾಬೀತಾದರೆ ತಪ್ಪಿತಸ್ಥರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಠಿಣ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳದಿದ್ದರೆ ಮುಗ್ಧ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಹಿತದೃಷ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಬೃಹತ್ #ಹೋರಾಟಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಂದಾಗುತ್ತೇವೆ.

Senior IPS Officer Alok Kumar Rebuts Allegations Before Supreme Court, Writes to Chief Secretary

Senior Indian Police Service (#IPS) officer #AlokKumar, currently serving as Director General of Police (Prisons and Correctional Services), has written to #Karnataka Chief Secretary Shalini Rajneesh, strongly contesting submissions made by the State Government's counsel before the #SupremeCourt regarding his integrity and alleged involvement in past investigations.

In a representation, Alok Kumar expressed concern over remarks made during proceedings before the apex court on October 1, when Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal, appearing for the Karnataka Government, opposed Kumar's appointment as head of a Special Investigation Team (SIT) constituted by the Karnataka High Court to probe alleged irregularities in Karnataka Public Service Commission (#KPSC) recruitment examinations.

Alok Kumar stated that the submissions suggesting he was facing a pending Central Bureau of Investigation (#CBI) probe in connection with the 2019 phone-tapping controversy were factually incorrect and contrary to official records."I am deeply distressed that, for no fault whatsoever on my part, my name has been unnecessarily dragged into the controversy, and my professional integrity and reputation have been questioned before the Hon'ble Supreme Court," Alok Kumar said in the letter, adding that the State's counsel appeared to have been "incorrectly briefed".

Referring to the phone-tapping and audio leak case,Alok Kumar noted that the CBI had filed a closure report, or "B-report", which was accepted by the Special CBI Court on February 13, 2024. The court, he said, found no material evidence against the accused based on findings of the Central Forensic Science Laboratory (CFSL) and witness statements.
He further pointed out that the original complainant, former DCP (Traffic) Kuldeep R. Jain, had informed the court that he had no objection to the closure report.
Alok Kumar also referred to a preliminary inquiry submitted by the CBI in January 2022, stating that the agency had found no criminality and had merely left the matter for consideration by the State Government. He noted that he served as Bengaluru City Police Commissioner for only 47 days, from June 17, 2019, to August 2, 2019, during the period examined by investigators.

Addressing departmental proceedings initiated against him, Kumar stated that a proposal to launch disciplinary action was dropped after representations submitted by him in March 2023 were examined by the then Chief Minister.
He further noted that when a fresh show-cause notice and charge sheet were issued in May 2025, he approached the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). According to the representation, the CAT Chairman quashed both the notice and the charge sheet in October 2025 and directed that all consequential benefits be extended to him.Although the State Government challenged the CAT order before the #KarnatakaHighCourt through a writ petition, Alok Kumar noted that the High Court declined to grant any interim stay, effectively leaving no departmental inquiry or charge pending against him.

The senior IPS officer also clarified that he had neither sought nor lobbied for appointment as head of the #SIT. He said the Karnataka High Court's Division Bench had nominated him on its own while passing orders on September 21.
With the Supreme Court having stayed the High Court's order and directing the State Government to file an affidavit before the next hearing on October 12, Alok Kumar urged the Chief Secretary to place all relevant judicial records before the State's legal team.

He requested the government to verify court orders relating to the closure of the #CBI case, ensure that unverified allegations do not form part of the State's affidavit, and present an accurate factual position before the apex court.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಕ್ಷಣಾ ವೇದಿಕೆ ಕೆ ಪಿ ಎಸ್ ಸಿ ಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾದಾಗ ಸರಣಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿತ್ತು. ಆ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ನೂರಾರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ದಿನನಿತ್ಯ ನನ್ನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಎಷ್ಟೋ ಮಂದಿ ಊಟ, ನಿದ್ದೆ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಓದಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ತಯಾರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಏನೇನೋ ಕನಸು ಕಟ್ಟಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ ತಪ್ಪು ತಪ್ಪಾದ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿ ಈ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ನಾಶ ಮಾಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಮೊದಲೇ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳೆಲ್ಲ ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಉದ್ದೇಶಪೂರ್ವಕವಾಗಿ ಈ ಸಂಚು ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಕಣ್ಣೀರ ಶಾಪ ಇವರನ್ನು ತಟ್ಟದೇ ಇರುತ್ತದೆಯೇ?

ಕೆ ಪಿ ಎಸ್ ಸಿ ಇತ್ತೀಚಿನ ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡೆಸಿದರೂ ಅವು ವಿವಾದಕ್ಕೆ ಒಳಗಾಗಿವೆ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ದಂಧೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಸಾಹುಕಾರ್, ಜ್ಞಾನೇಂದ್ರ ಥರದ ಖೂಳರು. ಒಂದು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಹೊಲಸು ದಂಧೆಗೆ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡ ಈ ಪೀಡೆಗಳಿಂದ ಕೊನೆಗೂ ಮುಕ್ತಿ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದಂತಾಗಿದೆ. ಇವರೆಲ್ಲ ನಮ್ಮ ಸಮಾಜಕ್ಕೆ ಅಂಟಿಕೊಂಡ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸರ್ ಇದ್ದಂತೆ. ಅಷ್ಟು ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಇವು ನಾಶ ಆಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದರ ಆರಂಭ ಆಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ನಾವು ನಿಟ್ಟುಸಿರು ಬಿಡಬೇಕಷ್ಟೆ.

ಕೆಪಿಎಸ್ ಸಿ ಹಗರಣವನ್ನು ಕೇವಲ ಒಂದು ಹಗರಣ ಎಂದು ಭಾವಿಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದು ಒಂದು ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸರ್ವನಾಶದ ಕೃತ್ಯ. ಅಷ್ಟೆ ಅಲ್ಲ, ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಕನ್ನಡ ಮಕ್ಕಳ ಭವಿಷ್ಯವನ್ನು ಹಾಳು ಮಾಡಿದ ಮಹಾಪಾಪ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಂಡ ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಕಠಿಣ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗಲಿ.
