@Devsthetix Consistency.. believing in what you can’t see yet.. 90 days from tomorrow are gonna come regardless.. so stop counting the days and start making the days count.. 1% better everyday and the body will handle the rest
@345marcel how is this for a full day of eating.. slowly coming out of a cut.. and at 2400 I’m still losing like .2-.3 lbs a week very small amount… also meal 4 is a ninja creami not pictured 120g banana 40g isolate and 180ml almond milk
@Clavicular0 Nah it want about your security guard I been the many of times… they don’t allow that camera shit and don’t think you have privilege either.. they looked at you like a nobody so you felt some type of way 🤣
@345marcel it’s been about 16 weeks on a PPL/UL SPLIT and I think it’s time for a change I seen one of your older tweets and seen a FULL BODY split you had posted .. I tweaked it a bit to my needs and hopefully can make some serious gains while staying lean for the next 20 weeks
@345marcel Can I asked you something when you come out a deficit of 25 weeks and are your desired leanness.. how many calories should I add back weekly to gain minimal fat on the muscle gain journey… or should I just go directly to my new maintenance?
@DeanTTraining I wouldn’t even consider myself cutting anymore lol.. I wanna slowly reverse back up to maintenance and just maintain a solid lean physique.. I was thinking of adding 200 cals of carbs weekly back up to that 26-2700 cal range
@DeanTTraining I’ve been trying to avoid flour in my diet what’d you think of these.. they taste really good and fit my macros let me know what you think boss
@ChaseResults How are you adding calories back out of your cut for minimal fat loss? Reverse dieting? Is so how many cals a week brother .. or did you go straight back to maintenance.. I’m ending my cut here soon and want to stay lean like yourself💪🏼
@DeanTTraining Question for you boss.. so my body tolerates whey isolate just fine and I never experience bloating or any other issues .. 98% of my diet is dairy free besides for the isolate.. will this affect me in anyways?? I see that it says lactose free but just am not sure
