ur agent refused to come hence this is what I did as to get my money back.
Packed the parcel on my 2wheeler and dropped it to the Shadowfax hero honda location, then only I got refund.

This is very pathetic and unprofessional service provided.
I've created a return for 2 of the product since 4May and by god grace without informing a delivery agent come today and picked the wrong pkg of lower amount which is still with me.

Delivery agent did false miss call befor mentioning that I'm not available for return,
Same has been esclated to Shadowfax store manager,

That is what Banks collected in last 3 years just for not maintaining ‘Minimum Account Balance.’

Not from the rich. Not from big borrowers.
From the poorest accounts in the system.
Their crime? They didn’t have enough money.

A farmer misses the minimum balance - Penalty.
A pensioner withdraws money for medicine - Penalty.
A daily wage worker falls short by a few hundred rupees - Penalty.

The poor keep money in banks for safety. Not to be quietly fined for being poor.

Financial inclusion should protect small savings, not punish small balances.

In Parliament today I proposed ending minimum balance penalties so the banking system stops charging people for their poverty.

This is very disappointing,
I ordered a Faber chimney on 28th it was delivered as defective, I asked Tech to mention in JC and get it replaced, however, I got a call from service center Saket, that I've to pay the delivery charge of Rs 500/ to get it deliver.

Also got the ultimatum from landlord that have to uninstall the connection, else have to pay rent from month,

If you guys will not take it, you will be liable for that rent charges.
